The softer white polishing pad is used after the penetration time and serves for final polishing. Both non-woven pads are abrasive-free and non-abrasive. The pads measure approx. 15 × 8.5 cm, are double-sided, and can be quickly changed on the holder. Why is the pad set particularly suitable for high-solid wood oils? It is particularly useful for high-solid wood oils with lower absorption behavior, such as OLI-NATURA® HS Profiöl or Worktop-Oil. The grippier beige massaging pad helps to evenly distribute the oil on the wood surface, work it intensely into the wood, and achieve uniform wood saturation. Which pad is used for working in and polishing? Beige massaging pad – for distributing and working in:The medium-soft, slightly grippier pad supports the mechanical working of the wood oil and promotes uniform wood saturation. White polishing pad – for final polishing:After the penetration time, unabsorbed oil must be completely removed from the surface. Larger oil excesses are first removed with a lint-free cloth. The white polishing pad is then used to polish fine residues and ensures a uniform, natural surface appearance. The finished surface must not have a wet or sticky oil film. In short: Beige for distributing and working in, white for polishing. Which wood surfaces is the pad set suitable for? The compact pad format is particularly suitable for furniture, table and worktops, smaller wooden surfaces, as well as edges, corners, and hard-to-reach areas. The pads are primarily suitable for smooth to finely sanded wood surfaces. For very rough, grooved, or textured surfaces, it is recommended to test on a small area first, as the fleece may snag there. Are the non-woven pads abrasive-free? Yes. Both the beige massaging pad and the white polishing pad are abrasive-free and non-abrasive. They are used for distributing, working in, and polishing wood oil and have no abrasive effect. Are there replacement pads and pads for larger areas? Beige massaging pads and white polishing pads can be reordered separately. For larger wood surfaces, Super Pads, and for machine processing, suitable round polishing pads for orbital sanders are available.

Our Super-Pads in white, beige, and green consist of a blend of polyester and/or nylon fibers coated with a tough, very elastic acrylic/latex binder. The Super-Pads are suitable for sanding pads with diameters of 125 mm & 150 mm. For initial and intermediate sanding For cleaning sanding Leaves no scratch marks High-quality professional grade   The Swedish red sanding pads are suitable for all 13-inch plate sanding machines and are recommended for various tasks. They can be used for intermediate sanding or to abrade an existing seal. They can also be used for cleaning sanding of greyed, oiled wooden floors. The sanding pattern is roughly equivalent to grit 150. The normal pads are about 8 mm thick and have a diameter of 330mm (13''). In contrast to sanding screens, the pad works more gently and leaves practically no sanding marks. Unlike other pads, the sanding pad wears down during use. One side of the pad can process approx. 10 - 15 m². However, this is only a non-binding guideline; the actual range depends heavily on local conditions. These versatile pads are excellent for massaging parquet oils onto floor surfaces and for applying maintenance oils. For working on smaller pieces of furniture, we recommend our compact mini hand pads. The colours of the pads stand for a certain hardness/coarseness or for certain properties. Approximately 1-2 m² can be worked with one side of a pad. However, this is only a non-binding guideline; the range of an individual pad depends very much on the conditions on the construction site. Work can be made significantly easier with a suitable hand pad holder. For larger flooring projects, a pad holder as an attachment for a telescopic handle is also suitable. For buffing, applying & spreading wood oils. Our OLI-NATURA Oil Absorbing Cloths are ideal for absorbing excess oil and for the final buffing of freshly oiled surfaces. They are highly absorbent, particularly tear-resistant, and lint-free, which ensures a professional finish on wood surfaces. The solvent-resistant and silicone-free cloths measure 38 x 34 cm and are made from high-quality viscose synthetic fiber, which is similar in its chemical composition to cotton. This "natural synthetic fiber" with a fine perforated structure is perfect for cleaning, caring for, and polishing delicate surfaces. In addition to their use with wood oils, the cloths are also ideal for versatile cleaning tasks in the workshop or household. They also do an excellent job when oiling small wooden objects. Note: Oil-soaked cloths can spontaneously ignite due to heat accumulation! Therefore, after use, they should be spread out and allowed to dry in a well-ventilated area, washed out, or stored underwater.

After each use, clean thoroughly to free it from sanding dust and other contaminants. To do this, rinse the sanding sponge under running water and, if necessary, wipe with a soft brush or a cleaning cloth. If the sanding sponge is very dirty, use a mild detergent if necessary. Then let the sanding sponge dry completely before using it again.

Wellness for wood: This naturally hardening care oil for oiled wood surfaces has many good properties: It refreshes the "faded" color of the wood, gives the surface new depth and luminosity, absorbs very quickly and fills the pores with fresh oil. This renews the protective effect and thus also the resistance. It is particularly recommended for initial care and refreshing of parquet and floorboards, stairs and wooden furniture indoors that have been treated with oxidatively drying impregnation oils. The care oil based on natural oil is not pigmented. Nevertheless, the grain and color of the wood are emphasized. Thanks to its low viscosity, it is easy to work with: For small pieces of furniture, simply apply a little care product to a lint-free cotton cloth or polishing pad and wipe over the surface to be treated. To refresh wooden stairs, apply the care oil sparingly with a polishing pad, spread it and polish it with a cotton or oil-absorbing cloth. For the care of parquet and floorboards, the care oil can also be applied thinly and evenly with a spray bottle and, after a short exposure time, polished with a polishing pad by hand or with a single-disc machine. The wood care product contains only ingredients necessary for its purpose. The main ingredient is refined linseed oil, which is supplemented with medical-grade isoparaffin for optimal self-penetration. WHEN TO CARE? The frequency with which the wood surface needs to be refreshed depends on its use. Good indicators of the need for care are when water resistance decreases, the color depth fades, and/or the surface feels dry and dull. Then it should be re-oiled. The care oil is also available in the Care Set No. 1. To test the effect of the oil, we offer a practical sample size for you.

It is especially recommended for initial treatment and refreshing of parquet and plank floors, stairs and wooden furniture indoors that have been treated with our oxidatively drying hard wax oils. The oil refills the pores of the wood with fresh oil and the wax creates a fine surface film. This renews the protective effect and thus the resistance. The care wax is not pigmented. Nevertheless, the color depth is subtly highlighted again. Thanks to its low viscosity, it is easy to apply: For small furniture, simply apply some care product to a lint-free cotton cloth or polishing pad and wipe it over the surface to be treated. To refresh wooden stairs, apply the care wax sparingly with a polishing pad, spread it and polish it with a cotton or oil-absorbing cloth. For the care of parquet and plank floors, the care wax can also be applied evenly and thinly with a spray bottle and, after a short exposure time, polished by hand with a polishing pad or a single-disc machine. Project Oil is now one of the classics among impregnation oils and is the universal all-rounder. Thanks to its medical-grade isoparaffin content, it has a very high self-penetration. This means it is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and does not require extensive buffing. This makes Project Oil ideal for serial furniture production and for components with complex geometries. Project Oil is suitable for almost all interior wood projects – whether for wooden or frame furniture, wall paneling, doors, or stairs. The solid content here is 60%, which is why a single application is completely sufficient for moderately used furniture. Stairs or tabletops, however, require more protection. A second application is recommended here. The oil can be easily applied with a brush, pad, cloth, roller, sponge, or spray gun. After a short absorption time, the oil should be buffed again with a cotton cloth or oil-absorbing cloth. This minimizes differences in gloss that can arise due to the varying absorbency of the wood. With Project Oil in "Natural", the wood is significantly enhanced. Additionally, there is also Project Oil, coloured. The UV-stable pigments transparently colour the wood surfaces.
