OLI-AQUA NORDIC B - Ultra-matte color lacquer for furniture and doors, water-based OLI-AQUA NORDIC B is a water-based 1K/2K color lacquer for wood and wood-based materials indoors.  Ideal for furniture, cabinets, kitchen fronts, doors, stair cladding and trim - for both new construction and refinishing existing surfaces. The binder used is partly based on renewable raw materials. Chalk look with lacquer protection: The opaque, ultra-matte finish combines the look of chalk paint with a durable lacquer surface. Easy and efficient to apply: NORDIC B can be brushed, rolled or sprayed, dries quickly and is easy to sand. On suitable, prepared substrates, you need only one product for the primer and topcoat. The number of coats depends on the substrate and application method. For a uniform lacquer surface: On raw MDF, especially on edges and milled profiles, as well as on wood species rich in extractives, we recommend priming with the water-based OLI-AQUA 15.88 I 1K Insulating Primer-Filler. It creates a uniform base and isolates wood extractives. Optional hardener: For greater chemical and mechanical resistance, you can add 10% OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2. The mixing ratio by volume is 10 parts lacquer : 1 part hardener. Application instructions can be found in the technical data sheet. Transparent and ultra-matte: OLI-AQUA NORDIC 18.40 - the raw wood effect lacquer as a colorless alternative to NORDIC B 18.45.

Protect wood. Preserve the raw wood effect with OLI-AQUA NORDIC. OLI-AQUA NORDIC 18.40 is a water-based 1K/2K raw wood effect lacquer for indoor wood surfaces. Do you like wood as it looks when freshly sanded - natural and without a visible lacquer sheen? The raw wood effect lacquer preserves this character while protecting the surface in everyday use. The virtually invisible, ultra-matte finish makes solid wood and veneers appear largely untreated. Color and grain remain the focus - ideal for furniture, cabinets, doors, kitchen fronts, and stairs. Especially easy to apply: You only need one product for the basecoat and topcoat. The wood lacquer dries quickly, is easy to sand, and can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. Two coats with intermediate sanding produce the finished surface. A test application on the original wood shows you the effect in advance - especially on dark or dark-stained woods. Optional hardener: For greater chemical and mechanical resistance, you can add 10% OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2. The mixing ratio by volume is 10 parts lacquer : 1 part hardener. Application instructions can be found in the technical data sheet. Relevant for stairs: The tested 1K and 2K coatings achieve slip resistance class R10. Colorful and ultra-matte: OLI-AQUA NORDIC B 18.45 - the color lacquer for furniture as a colorful alternative to NORDIC 18.40.

OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2 for furniture, stair, color, and parquet lacquers OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2 is the hardener component for the OLI-AQUA water-based lacquers listed below. It enables them to be applied as a two-component system and increases the surface’s mechanical and chemical resistance. A single hardener for different lacquer systems simplifies product selection and inventory management in joinery, interior finishing, and parquet installation. For clear lacquers in furniture and stair applications OLI-AQUA MODU T 18.32: Optional for two-component application of the colorless furniture and stair lacquer when higher resistance is required. OLI-AQUA NORDIC 18.40: Optional for increased mechanical and chemical resistance of the ultra-matte raw wood effect lacquer for furniture and stairs. For color lacquers in furniture and interior finishing OLI-AQUA MODU B 18.35: Optional to enhance the performance of the satin-finish color lacquer for furniture and interior finishing. OLI-AQUA NORDIC B 18.45: Optional for increased mechanical and chemical resistance of the ultra-matte color lacquer for furniture, doors, and interior finishing. For parquet lacquers OLI-AQUA STANDARD 15.50: Optional to further increase resistance when higher levels of wear resistance are required. OLI-AQUA TOP 51.20: Required hardener component for the two-component parquet lacquer designed for the highest levels of wear. OLI-AQUA AUTHENTIC 51.30: Required hardener component for the ultra-matte two-component parquet lacquer with a raw wood effect. Mixing ratio and required amount of hardener The mixing ratio is 10 parts lacquer : 1 part hardener. The following amounts are required for each quantity of lacquer: 1 liter of lacquer: 100 ml of hardener 2.5 liters of lacquer: 250 ml of hardener 5 liters of lacquer: 500 ml of hardener 10 liters of lacquer: 2 × 500 ml of hardener Thoroughly mix in OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2 immediately before application. Pot life begins once the hardener has been added. Prepare only as much material as can be applied within this time. Mixing instructions, any required maturation time, and application time are specified in the technical data sheet for the respective lacquer. Order the right hardener for your lacquer system  For MODU T and NORDIC clear lacquers, MODU B and NORDIC B color lacquers, and STANDARD parquet lacquer, the hardener for optional two-component application must be ordered separately. For TOP and AUTHENTIC two-component parquet lacquers, check the contents of the selected package to avoid ordering hardener that is already included.
