-For a natural wood feel-

Wood loves being oiled. Why, exactly? Because it can continue to breathe - just as it naturally does. This moisture-regulating property helps keep the wood flexible. Our wood oils work with the climate, not against it. That’s not only healthy for indoor living, but also good for the indoor climate.

OLI NATURA® boiled linseed oil
Cutting board oil for wood in contact with food
from 10,95€ (43,80€ l)
OLI NATURA® Boiled Linseed Oil for Wood: traditional wood finishing from our Heritage Collection “New Old School” - a nearly forgotten classic, reimagined. In the past, boiled linseed oil was a standard finish for wooden surfaces and building components - both indoors and outdoors. In 2015, we revived the traditional formula, refined it carefully, and had it tested for contact with food. Today, »OLI NATURA Boiled Linseed Oil« represents one of the most original ways to protect wood naturally. It penetrates deeply, cures within the wood, and forms a durable, water- and dirt-repellent oil film. The surface remains breathable, does not crack or peel, and can easily be maintained and refinished when needed. Which wood surfaces is OLI NATURA® Boiled Linseed Oil suitable for? The transparent boiled linseed oil is suitable for the natural initial treatment of absorbent wood surfaces indoors and outdoors. It protects cutting boards, end grain, kitchen wood, turned woodwork, bowls, and knife handles, as well as wooden toys, birdhouses and bee houses, windows, and doors. The boiled linseed oil is solvent-free, suitable for children's toys, and LFGB-tested and suitable for wood surfaces that come into contact with food. How does OLI NATURA® Boiled Linseed Oil affect wood? OLI NATURA Boiled Linseed Oil is transparent and unpigmented, but it enhances the wood: the color and grain visibly gain depth, making the wood appear more vibrant, warmer, and richer. Particularly light-colored woods develop a natural honey tone. Since the color effect depends on the type of wood and its base tone, we recommend testing the product first in an inconspicuous area. How is OLI NATURA® Boiled Linseed Oil applied? Apply the boiled linseed oil thinly and evenly with a cotton cloth or brush. After the penetration time, carefully remove any excess oil and repeat the application after it has dried sufficiently. Two to three coats are usually enough. What distinguishes the traditional formula? Our purity standard for boiled linseed oil: pure, cold-pressed linseed oil, gently boiled and with only as much drying agent as necessary. It accelerates and evens out curing. We deliberately dispense with additional additives and solvents.

OLI NATURA® Furniture Wax
Hard wax with beeswax and carnauba wax for wood | VOC-free
16,95€ (135,60€ l)
OLI NATURA® Furniture Wax for Wood: Traditional Wax Care, Reinterpreted for Today A classic from our Heritage Collection, reimagined. For generations, natural waxes have preserved the beauty of valuable furniture and antiques. »OLI NATURA Furniture Wax« continues this tradition with beeswax and carnauba wax, interpreted for today. The solvent-free hard wax gives wood a velvety feel and protects it with a fine, water-repellent wax layer. Applied thinly and polished after drying, it develops a soft to silky sheen. Which wood surfaces is OLI NATURA® Furniture Wax suitable for? The colorless, unpigmented wood wax is suitable for the initial treatment of raw wood and for caring for oiled, stained, or waxed wood surfaces indoors. It enhances furniture, antiques, picture frames, wood trim, carvings, and turned woodwork. With its mild odor, it is also suitable for the inside of cabinets and drawers. Other applications include surfaces finished with chalk paint, wooden toys, cutting boards, wooden cooking spoons, and other wooden kitchen utensils. If the type of wood or previous treatment is unknown, first test the product on a small area. How does OLI NATURA® Furniture Wax affect wood? Unlike wood oil, which penetrates the wood and protects it from within, furniture wax works close to the surface and changes the natural color tone less. The grain and structure remain visible, while polishing gives the surface a subtle sheen. Regular rewaxing helps develop an even, distinctive patina. How is OLI NATURA® Furniture Wax applied? Apply the wax to clean, dry wood. If the consistency is too firm, the closed container can be gently warmed on a lukewarm radiator. Using a soft cotton cloth, spread sparingly, thinly, and evenly in circular motions. Allow to dry until the surface is dry to the touch. Then polish with a fresh cotton cloth or white polishing pad. The more intensively it is polished, the silkier the sheen. On raw or highly absorbent wood, a second thin coat may be advisable after drying. Tip: A clean, lint-free, discarded cotton jersey shirt is also ideal for polishing. What makes the formulation of OLI NATURA® Furniture Wax special? Purified beeswax cares for the wood surface, while hard carnauba wax gives the fine wax film strength. The formulation contains no added colorants or fragrances and is free from terpenes - including terpene-containing citrus oils such as orange peel oil -, silicones, and VOCs. Cloths soaked with the wood wax are not prone to spontaneous combustion.

OLI NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil
Pigmented oil-wax combination | For furniture, stairs & wood surfaces | Transparent color effect
from 21,95€ (87,80€ l)
Wood can have colour - and still remain wood. Three functions. One product. OLI-NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil is a pigmented oil-wax combination. Plant-based oils impregnate the wood from within, carnauba wax provides additional surface protection, and lightfast colour pigments create a natural, transparent colour effect. Colour and protection in one application. Open-pore, robust and without a lacquer character - for natural wood surfaces indoors. Which types of wood and applications is OLI-NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil suitable for? OLI-NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil is the right choice when the colour of the wood is to be changed and protected at the same time - without prior staining and subsequent separate final treatment. This saves an additional application step. Whether furniture, dining tables, kitchen worktops, stairs, doors, wall panelling or windowsills - the pigmented hardwax oil is suitable for almost all types of wood and wood-based materials indoors, including solid wood, glued laminated timber, veneer, plywood, multiplex, OSB, bamboo and cork. Do light woods need to remain as light as possible? Cotton White reduces the natural intensifying effect and yellowish tinge - ideal for a light Scandinavian look. Light White also visibly lightens the wood. For colourless protection, OLI-NATURA® hardwax oil Natural is the right choice. What does wood look like after applying OLI-NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil? The natural wood appearance is retained. The grain and structure remain visible and tactile - only the colour changes. The final colour effect results from the interaction between the wood and the oil. The type of wood, its natural colour and the sanding determine how the same colour will look later. A sample surface on the original wood therefore shows the colour most reliably. All colours are also available as samplers. Cotton White reduces the natural intensifying effect and yellowish tinge on light woods. Light White also visibly lightens the wood. Dark colours appear more intense on light woods, while light colours appear correspondingly more subtle on dark woods. All colours can be mixed with one another and individually softened with OLI-NATURA® hardwax oil Natural. A second application intensifies the colour effect; with OLI-NATURA® hardwax oil Natural, it is retained. Lightfast colour pigments slow down the natural colour change of the wood caused by UV light and help maintain the colour effect for as long as possible. How easy is OLI-NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil to apply? It is easy to apply evenly. One application is usually sufficient for furniture. A second application is recommended for stairs and heavily used worktops - without intermediate sanding. Hardwax oil is not lacquer. Apply thinly - that is sufficient. The surface is hard-wearing, dirt- and water-repellent, and easy to maintain. Scratches and signs of use can be repaired locally or simply refreshed at any time - without sanding. The oil does not crack, peel or flake. If the colour is to be retained, the second application should be made with OLI-NATURA® hardwax oil Natural. What can you rely on with OLI-NATURA® COLOUR hardwax oil? Once fully cured, the surface is harmless to people, animals and plants. It remains open-pore and breathable, supporting a pleasant indoor climate. Suitable for children's toys. For kitchen worktops, OLI-NATURA® hardwax oil Natural is recommended as the final coat.

Previously oiled surfaces can therefore usually be recoated easily without sanding. What does wood look like after applying OLI NATURA® Yacht & Teak Oil? Oiling gives the wood greater depth and warmth. The color and grain appear more vivid, while the surface remains open-pore and natural to the touch. Natural contains no pigments, but it is not visually colorless: Like any color-enhancing oil, it deepens the existing wood tone. Teak is lightly pigmented, subtly enhances warm wood tones and provides increased UV protection. The Teak color is also suitable for other types of wood without covering them in a teak tone. The type of wood, its natural color and sanding affect the color tone. A sample area on the original wood provides the most reliable indication. All color tones are available as samplers. How easy is OLI NATURA® Yacht & Teak Oil to apply? Apply thinly, allow to penetrate, remove excess. Apply the oil evenly in the direction of the grain and polish completely after about 15 minutes. Apply only to clean, dry wood. Then protect the freshly oiled surface from rain and moisture for 5–8 days. Very dry or highly absorbent wood can be oiled a second time after drying overnight. Treat dense woods such as teak only thinly. One coat is usually sufficient for refreshing the surface. Previously oiled surfaces can generally be maintained without sanding. Depending on weather and use, refreshing once a year is usually sufficient; for fully exposed wood, twice a year if needed. What can you rely on with OLI NATURA® Yacht & Teak Oil? Proven over many years. We have been manufacturing OLI NATURA® Yacht & Teak Oil with virtually no changes for over 20 years. We deliberately formulate it without biocides or preservatives. This makes the wood oil suitable not only for outdoor use, but also for suitable wood surfaces indoors.

Wood care oil
impregnating oil
from 12,95€ (51,80€ l)
Wellness for wood: This naturally curing maintenance oil for oiled wood surfaces has many beneficial properties: It refreshes the wood's “faded” colour, gives the surface new depth and radiance, penetrates very quickly, and replenishes the pores with fresh oil. This renews the protective effect and, consequently, the wood's resistance. It is particularly recommended for the initial care and refreshing of parquet and plank floors, stairs, and indoor wooden furniture treated with oxidatively drying impregnating oils. The natural-oil-based maintenance oil is unpigmented. Nevertheless, it enhances the wood's grain and colour. Thanks to its low viscosity, it is easy to apply: For small items of furniture, simply apply a little care product to a lint-free cotton cloth or polishing pad and wipe it over the surface to be treated. To refresh wooden stairs, apply the maintenance oil sparingly with a polishing pad, distribute it, and polish it with a cotton or oil-absorbent cloth. For caring for parquet and plank floors, the maintenance oil can also be applied evenly in a thin coat using a sprayer and, after a short penetration time, polished by hand or with a single-disc machine using a polishing pad. The wood care product contains only the ingredients necessary for its purpose. Its main component is refined linseed oil, supplemented with medical-grade isoparaffin for optimum self-penetration. WHEN TO CARE? The intervals at which the wood surface needs to be refreshed depend on the level of use. Good indications that the surface needs care are when its water resistance decreases, the depth of colour fades, and/or the surface feels dry and dull. The surface should then be re-oiled. The maintenance oil is also available in Care Set No. 1. To test the effect of the oil, we offer a practical sample size.
Wood care wax
Film-forming impregnating oil
from 12,95€ (51,80€ l)
Wellness for wood: This naturally hardening maintenance wax combines oil and wax in one product. It is particularly recommended for initial care and refreshing parquet and plank floors, stairs and wooden furniture indoors that have been treated with our oxidatively drying hardwax oils. The oil replenishes the wood's pores with fresh oil, while the wax creates a fine surface film. This renews the protective effect and therefore also the resistance. The maintenance wax is not pigmented. Nevertheless, it subtly enhances the depth of color again. Thanks to its low viscosity, it is easy to apply: For small pieces of furniture, simply apply a little maintenance product to a lint-free cotton cloth or polishing pad and wipe it over the surface to be treated. To refresh wooden stairs, apply the maintenance wax sparingly with a polishing pad, spread it and polish it with a cotton or oil-absorbent cloth. For the care of parquet and plank floors, the maintenance wax can also be applied evenly in a thin layer using a sprayer and, after a short contact time, polished by hand or with a single-disc machine using a polishing pad. The wood care product contains only the ingredients necessary for its purpose. In this maintenance wax, refined linseed oil and carnauba wax form the base. The medical-grade isoparaffin ensures good self-penetration, which is why it is so easy to apply. When should you maintain the surface? The intervals at which the wood surface needs to be refreshed depend on the level of use. Good indicators that the surface needs maintenance are when water resistance and/or color depth decreases and/or the surface feels dry and dull. The surface should then be re-oiled. The maintenance oil is also available in the Maintenance Set No. 2. To test the effect of the oil, we offer a practical sample size.
