Wood wellness: This naturally hardening care wax combines oil and wax in one product. It is particularly recommended for initial treatment and refreshing of parquet and plank floors, stairs, and wooden furniture indoors that have been treated with our oxidatively drying hard wax oils.
The oil refills the wood pores with fresh oil, and the wax creates a fine surface film. This renews the protective effect and thus the resistance.
The care wax is not pigmented. Nevertheless, the color depth is subtly enhanced again.
Thanks to its low viscosity, it is easy to apply: For small pieces of furniture, simply apply a little polish to a lint-free cotton cloth or polishing pad and wipe it over the surface to be treated. For refreshing wooden stairs, apply the care wax sparingly with a polishing pad, spread it, and polish it with a cotton cloth or oil-absorbing cloth. For the care of parquet and plank floors, the care wax can also be applied evenly and thinly with a sprayer and, after a short exposure time, polished with a polishing pad by hand or with a single-disc machine.
The wood care product contains only the necessary ingredients. This care wax is based on refined linseed oil and carnauba wax. The medical-grade isoparaffin ensures good self-penetration, which makes it so easy to apply.
When to care? The frequency with which the wood surface needs to be refreshed depends on its use. Good indicators for the need for care are when the water resistance and color depth diminish and/or the surface feels dry and dull. Then it should be re-oiled.
