Adding it allows both wood oils to be optionally applied as a high-performance 2K system. The hardener supplements the oil’s normal oxidative curing with additional molecular cross-linking. This allows the surface to withstand loads sooner, achieve a higher final hardness and gain greater chemical resistance. The color effect of the raw-wood look and the gloss level are barely affected by adding the hardener. Add hardener. Increase durability. When is OLI NATURA® H2O-Hardener the right choice? When a wooden surface treated with Scandic-Oil CLASSIC or Scandic-Oil FOR FURNITURE needs to be particularly durable or cure more quickly. 2K application is especially recommended for floors, stairs, tables and worktops. How is OLI NATURA® H2O-Hardener used? The hardener is mixed into the oil immediately before application in a ratio of 10 parts oil : 1 part H2O-Hardener. 100 ml of hardener is sufficient for 1 liter of oil; 500 ml is sufficient for 5 liters of oil.Smaller quantities can also be mixed in the same ratio. The pot life is 2–3 hours. Therefore, mix only as much material as can safely be applied within this time. How quickly does Scandic-Oil cure with H2O-Hardener? Adding the B component significantly accelerates curing. After a maximum of 48 hours, the surface is approximately 90% cured. Protect the treated area from water during this period. Temperature, humidity and air movement may affect the actual drying time. What other features does OLI NATURA® H2O-Hardener offer? H2O-Hardener contains less than 0.1% diisocyanate monomers and is therefore not subject to mandatory training under EU 2020/1149.

Within the Scandic-Oil family, CLASSIC has a thinner consistency and is specially optimized for roller application on parquet and floorboards. The build-up consists of two coats. After the first coat, the dried surface is intermediate-sanded with a Swedish red lacquer sanding pad. Polishing the still-wet second coat with a white pad makes the surface more matte. Thanks to its fast drying time, the complete surface build-up can be carried out within one working day. For additional initial care, OLI NATURA® Refresher can then be used. For efficient application on large furniture surfaces such as tabletops, we offer our silicone rubber squeegee with a handy plastic handle. Solvent-free, low-odor parquet floor cleaner for the regular maintenance cleaning of all water-resistant sealed wooden and parquet floors, stairs, and furniture surfaces, with excellent grease- and dirt-dissolving power. They can be used for intermediate sanding or to abrade an existing sealant. They can also be used for cleaning sanding of gray, oiled wooden floors. The sanding pattern is approximately equivalent to grit 150. The standard pads are approximately 8 mm thick and have a diameter of 330mm (13'').  Unlike sanding screens, the pad works more gently and leaves practically no sanding marks. Unlike other pads, the sanding pad wears down during use. Approximately 10–15 m² can be treated with one side of the pad. However, this figure is only a non-binding guideline; the actual coverage depends heavily on the conditions on site.
