The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and Switzerland.
Shipping costs
Germany
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping weight and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Information for deliveries to Switzerland
Delivery is made DAP (Delivered At Place). The shipping costs stated above exclude German VAT. Any customs duties, import charges, Swiss VAT and customs clearance or handling fees charged by the shipping provider are not included in the stated shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days and to other countries within 5–8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
